Last week, Myra was part of Europe’s biggest event for security within information technology: At the Infosecurity Europe 2018, Myra met more than 19,500 IT enthusiasts to discuss latest issues in cyber-security.
Cyber-Security in Europe
It was for the 24th time already that the Infosecurity Europe united security experts from all over the world. From the 5th to the 7th of June, the Infosecurity Group invited the international information security community to London. As one of more than 400 exhibitors, Myra met an audience of experts, industrial actors and decision makers of the IT sector. One of this year’s most important topics was the Internet of Things (IoT): current trends in cybercrime and reliable security strategies to fight them. Apparently, businesses increasingly initiate active protection against cyberattacks, since the event is steadily growing. Even the exact dates for Infosecurity Europe 2019 are already set.
IT security customized for your business
This year’s participants at Infosecurity Europe came from all kinds of business backgrounds: especially the banking and finance sectors, but also the pharma industry and governments are increasingly present at such security events to seek a dialogue with security experts. Myra has been working with such businesses for several years now, and therefore knows the high requirement for security in these departments: for optimal protection of data, websites or entire IT infrastructures, a holistic security strategy is required, individually adapted to the client’s needs. To be able to properly decide for the most effective protection – whether it is a Firewall, a global CDN, or a hybrid solution – personal expert consultation is truly necessary.
